LA to Grand Canyon in an RV!

The eight hour journey from LA to the Grand Canyon will be easy and fun if you do it in an RV! Pick up an RV in LA or if you want a longer road trip, from San Francisco!

Do a couple of hours of scenic traveling in a day and then stop and relax with a cup of coffee for the afternoon aside some scenic spot. Arrive at the Grand Canyon in your own time and check out the incredible sight! The Grand Canyon is a steep-sided canyon carved by the Colorado River in the United States in the state of Arizona. It is the largest canyon in the world.

You could spend a night in your RV in Golden Valley in the warm Arizona Weather overlooking Golden Valley and the surrounding mountain.
You could take a scenic drive on your way to the canyon through Mojave National Park to sample some of the preserve's spectacular scenery. Travel South off the I-15 to Kelso where you can see cinder cones, lava flows and the Kelso Dunes in the distance. Travel along the Providence Mountains where you can see Joshua trees and if you feel like it stop and have a cold drink, because it's so easy to in you RV!
